1. General Use
This website and its content are provided for lawful personal use. By accessing our site, you agree not to use it for any unlawful or prohibited purpose or in any manner that could impair its functioning or another user’s experience.

Nina & June reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or its offerings at any time without prior notice.

2. Intellectual Property
All materials; including photographs, floral designs, artwork, written content, logos, and layouts, are the exclusive property of Nina & June and protected by copyright, trademark, and related intellectual-property laws.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. You may view, download, and print materials solely for personal, non-commercial reference, provided all copyright notices remain intact.

3. Products & Services
We make every effort to present accurate descriptions and imagery of our offerings. However, floral materials, seasonal variations, and artisan production may result in natural differences from images shown.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be modified, substituted, or discontinued at any time.

4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Full payment is required at the time of reservation to secure inclusion in our limited-capacity atelier or to purchase a retail product. Because each design is produced to order, payments are non-refundable once confirmed.

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe. By submitting payment, you agree to comply with Stripe’s terms of service. Nina & June does not store or have access to your payment information.

5. Floral Installations & Subscriptions
Design Variations – Each arrangement is handcrafted using seasonal materials and the designer’s artistic discretion.

Scheduling – Installations occur within designated seasonal windows as listed on our website. You do not need to be present for installation; our team manages placement and cleanup.

Ownership – All rental vessels and décor items remain property of Nina & June unless purchased separately.

Cancellations & Adjustments – Because materials are sourced and prepared in advance, cancellations after payment are non-refundable. Schedule adjustments may be accommodated within the same season as capacity allows.

Photography – Each completed installation is photographed for documentation and client reference. These internal images may include recognizable architectural features to accurately capture design context but are used solely for internal and client correspondence.

Images shared publicly for portfolio or marketing purposes will exclude all identifying details unless explicit written consent is obtained.

6. Workshops, Classes & Events
Registration is final and non-transferable.
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event may receive credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.

Nina & June reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive full credit toward a future date or offering.

7. Retail Products & Gifting
All sales of floral designs, china, linens, or gifts are final.

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt for review. Eligible items may be replaced or credited at our discretion.

8. Shipping & Delivery
We are not liable for shipping delays or damages caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
All orders are shipped to the address provided by the client; please confirm accuracy prior to submitting your order.

9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and perishable nature of many of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds or credits, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nina & June, its affiliates, and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nina & June, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.

12. Privacy
Your privacy matters deeply to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Champaign County, Illinois.

14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
