REFUND POLICY

1. Floral Designs & Installations
Because each floral design and seasonal atelier installation is custom-made, all sales are final once confirmed.
Cancellations made before production begins may receive credit toward a future season at Nina & June’s discretion.
Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled installation window are non-refundable due to advance material procurement and scheduling commitments.
2. Retail Goods & Gifts

• Fine china, linens, and gifts may be returned for store credit or exchange if defective or damaged.

• Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by proof of purchase and photographs of the issue.

• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and approved prior to shipment.

3. Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of return approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
