Service Description
The Conservatory Consultation The Conservatory Consultation is the first step in creating your custom floral service with Nina & June. During this private session, we’ll explore your interior spaces, lighting, and aesthetic preferences to design a recurring floral plan that enhances your environment with effortless beauty. Whether for a private residence, executive suite, or boutique space, the consultation ensures every element; scale, color, cadence, and placement reflects your vision. Following your session, you’ll receive a personalized proposal outlining your recommended arrangement size, refresh schedule, and investment. Consultations may be conducted virtually or on-site and include a $50 reservation deposit, which will be credited toward your first installation should you choose to proceed. If we determine together that our services are not the right fit, your deposit will be refunded in full. Deposits are forfeited only in the event of a missed or cancelled appointment without notice. This offering is by appointment only. Advance scheduling is required to preserve the atelier’s limited capacity.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations & Payment Consultations are required prior to establishing a Conservatory Atelier subscription. A non-refundable reservation fee may be collected at the time of booking and will be applied toward your first month of service should you proceed. 2. Consultation Appointments Consultations may be held virtually or on-site. Each session lasts approximately 30–45 minutes and includes an assessment of your space, preferred design style, and service cadence. Clients are asked to provide access instructions and any relevant photos or measurements in advance. 3. Design & Proposal Following your consultation, the Nina & June atelier will provide a personalized proposal outlining recommended arrangement scale, refresh schedule, and investment. Proposals remain valid for 30 days and are subject to availability within the atelier’s annual capacity. 4. Subscription Confirmation A signed agreement and initial payment are required to secure ongoing service. Once confirmed, materials, design, and scheduling are reserved exclusively for your account. 5. Adjustments & Cancellations Consultations may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may forfeit the reservation fee. Because the Conservatory Atelier operates on a limited schedule, subscription cancellations are not eligible for refund once production and scheduling are confirmed. 6. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to maintain a suitable environment for fresh arrangements, including reasonable lighting, temperature, and placement away from direct heat or drafts. For bi-weekly or monthly refresh services, access must be available during scheduled delivery windows. 7. Liability Nina & June exercises the highest standards of care in design and delivery. The atelier is not responsible for natural variation, botanical lifespan, or environmental conditions that affect longevity beyond normal expectations. 8. Agreement By booking a consultation or subscribing to ongoing service, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
